About Us

Iowa Moto: Where Passion Meets Motocross 🏁
Iowa Moto is more than just a series—it’s a passionate community of dirt bike enthusiasts dedicated to fostering grassroots motocross racing for riders of all ages across Iowa. As the official AMA District 22 Motocross Competition Partner and Series, the Iowa Moto Series offers premier racing experiences on Iowa’s best tracks, delivering excitement, competition, and camaraderie.

Our non-profit organization is driven by a dedicated volunteer council made up of track owners, promoters, and passionate motocross riders and parents. United by a shared vision, we are committed to elevating the sport of motocross, cultivating a vibrant and inclusive community, and creating a lasting impact on our sport, both statewide and within our local communities.

Meet Our Current Board of Elected Officers

Justin Reed: President

Since 1992, Justin has been a passionate member of the Iowa Moto Series and AMA District 22. He is also an AMA Charter Life Member with a rich motorsports history, including racing as an AMA Pro Flat Track Racer from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, he claimed the Iowa State Champion titles in both the +25A and +30A classes. When he’s not leading the series, Justin is a proud Moto Dad, supporting the next generation of riders since 2017.

Curt Kupka: Vice President

Curt has been riding since the late ’90s and has a deep passion for the sport. He’s also a dedicated father, with three kids racing all over the Midwest. Curt is a familiar face at numerous tracks, always willing to lend a hand wherever it’s needed. Whether it’s offering support or helping out a fellow racer, Curt’s commitment to the community and the sport is undeniable. We’re thrilled to have him as part of our leadership team!

Megan Morgan: Secretary/Points Steward/Membership Director:

Megan’s passion for motocross runs deep through her family’s 3 generation legacy in the sport. With nearly 20 years of experience behind the scenes at events across Iowa, she earned her AMA Class B Referee certification in 2015 and has played a key role in the Iowa Moto Series and AMA District 22 community. Megan is also continuing the legacy of moto enthusiasts, introducing her daughter, BlakeLynn, to the motocross world. Her dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the Iowa Moto Series team.

Tiffany Wallace: Treasurer

With years of experience in the motocross and dirt track world, Tiffany first became involved as a supportive spouse and is now a dedicated mother to four young riders. You’ll often find her at the tracks on weekends, cheering on her kids, and their Legacy Moto Team. With a solid background in accounting and business management, Tiffany brings valuable expertise to our board, and we’re excited to have her on board for the upcoming season.

Bryce Mclaud: Social Media Director

With over 20 years of racing experience, Bryce has been immersed in motocross from a young age, both on and off the track. In recent years, he earned his professional motocross license and competes regularly in the Iowa Moto Series. Bryce also contributed behind the scenes as a member of CVTR prior to its closure. Outside of racing, he operates Mental Health Moto, a clothing brand that connects mental health advocacy with motocross by creating a supportive space for those facing mental health challenges. Bryce is excited to give back to the Iowa Moto community through his role on the board, utilizing his skills in videography, photography, promotion, and social media marketing to support the continued growth of the series. He looks forward to the upcoming season and strengthening Iowa Moto’s commitment to grassroots racing.
